This will fix 95% of problems. Be careful, though— you'll lose any unsynced data you have.

Are you using a modern browser?
Cramberry works best with Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 3+, Safari 3+, and Chrome. Internet Explorer 7 usually works, but isn't officially supported.
